NC2018 BioSystems Special Issue contributor information

Submissions to BioSystems are open. Before submitting, please, read the following instructions:

1. Submitted manuscripts should adhere to the "Aims and Scope" of BioSystems as described at: http://www.journals.elsevier.com/biosystems/ 
2. The format of submitted manuscripts should follow the "Guide for Authors" of BioSystems: http://www.elsevier.com/journals/biosystems/0303-2647/guide-for-authors
3. In particular, a minimum of five suitable potential reviewers (please provide their names, institutional email addresses, and institutional affiliation) should be provided; please note that the potential reviewers you suggest should not necessarily be NC2018 participants. 
4. There are no constraints regarding the length of submitted manuscripts. 
5. Submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed.

7. To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue you are editing, it is important that authors select VSI: Neural Coding 2018 when they reach the “Issue Type” step in the submission process. 
8. The deadline for manuscript submission is 31 January 2019 February 28, 2019.
